Nutrition can be a confusing topic for most people, especially when there are so many contradicting beliefs and opinions out there. So this week I thought I’d go over a little brief nutrition overview to hopefully shed some light on the topic for ya.
Okay, first things first. I just want you to know that your body is amazing and beautiful NOW! If there are changes you want to make, that’s okay but I want you to really make an effort to love your body now, as it is. If you can’t love your body now, none of the changes you make will do anything to fix that.
Okay, so summer is right around the corner. Nicer, warmer weather=outdoor workouts! And I LOVE exercising outdoors! Don’t get me wrong, I love my gym workouts too, but it’s such a different feeling working up a sweat when you’re surrounded by so much beauty and breathing in fresh air!
Do You Have Boundaries? Have you ever done something that you didn’t really want to do because you felt bad saying no, or you felt bad voicing how you really felt about the situation? What about saying “yes” to something even though you really wanted to (and knew you should) say “no”?
Do you have a crazy, busy schedule? Or maybe you’re just having one of those insanely busy weeks? One of those weeks where you’re so busy that you can barely breath…I know I’ve had ’em and when they happen, it’s so easy to just cut out exercise all together. It’s the easiest thing to nix right? I mean, should you really be taking time for yourself when you can barely BREATH right now?
