One of those weeks where you’re so busy that you can barely breath…I know I’ve had ’em and when they happen, it’s so easy to just cut out exercise all together. It’s the easiest thing to nix right? Ahh I’m back in LA and it feels so good! I had an amazing week in Puerto Plata and I’m feeling re-charged and ready to go! It had been a while since I had taken a vacation and it was much needed. It really helped remind me how important it is to take time for yourself and get away.
After going through the Start Strong Challenge with you all, I realized that a lot of you were a little lost when it came to stretching, warming up, and cooling down. This can be a little confusing when you’re starting out and you might opt for just skipping it all together, but DON’T!
